Cancellation Policy
Shanti One Yoga LLC – Retreat Terms & Conditions Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $760 is required to secure your booking. This deposit is credited toward your final balance. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Payment -The full balance is due on August 15th early bird price, October 31st, discounted, or December 22nd Regular price. -Payments may be made via Zelle, PayPal, or credit card through our website (processing fees may apply). Cancellations & Transfers -All payments submitted, including those forwarded to third-party vendors or the venue, are strictly non-refundable. -Cancellations made within 180 days of the retreat start date may be transferred to another person designated by the original participant. -No refunds or transfers will be issued for cancellations made 120 days or fewer prior to the retreat. Note: Shanti One Yoga LLC is not responsible for itinerary changes or cancellations involving transportation (e.g., flights, ferries, transfers). Accommodation -Standard accommodations are based on double occupancy (shared room), unless otherwise specified. -A limited number of single occupancy rooms are available at an additional cost, on a first-come, first-served basis. Activities & Itinerary -All scheduled activities, excursions, and ceremonies are subject to change or cancellation due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. -Shanti One Yoga LLC reserves the right to adjust the itinerary in support of group safety and overall experience. Travel Insurance -We strongly encourage all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, covering: -Trip cancellation or interruption -Medical emergencies -Lost/stolen baggage or personal items -Shanti One Yoga LLC is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur before, during, or after the retreat. Liability Waiver By attending this retreat, you acknowledge and agree that Shanti One Yoga LLC and its agents are not responsible for: -Personal loss, theft, or damage -Medical expenses or delays -Natural disasters, pandemic-related issues, or governmental restrictions Meals included in the retreat are outlined in the official itinerary. Alcoholic Beverages are not included By participating in this retreat, you grant Shanti One Yoga LLC permission to use photos and/or videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes (including social media, website, and marketing)
