Full Moon Cacao Ceremony & Chakra Balancing Sound Journey

This ceremonial experience begins with a sacred cacao ceremony, an ancient heart-opening ritual used to invoke spirit, awaken inner wisdom, and deepen connection with ourselves and the collective energy of the moon. As we consciously sip cacao, we will set intentions and call in the guiding energy of this lunar cycle.

From this grounded and open state, you will be guided into a chakra balancing meditation, moving gently through the body’s energy centers using breath, visualization, and intention to restore harmony and flow. There will be no physical yoga practice, allowing the nervous system to fully soften and receive.

The journey is supported throughout by sound therapy, using healing vibrations to release energetic blockages, calm the mind, and guide you into deep relaxation and renewal.

This is an invitation to pause, to listen inward, and to realign with your natural rhythm—held in community, ceremony, and sound.
